Working Demonstrations
See live demonstrations of the latest plant machinery, pumps, telemetry, and watercourse management equipment in action. Giving you the opportunity to get a better understanding of their capabilities and to talk to operators.
Farm Tours
Dyson Farming will be highlighting their circular-economy farming system, offering free tours of their state-of-the-art strawberry glasshouses and anaerobic digestion plant. The pre-booked small group tours provide a behind-the-scenes look at their operations.
Networking Dinner
A social evening on Wednesday 5 July open to visitors and exhibitors alike at the Petwood Hotel in nearby Woodhall Spa. We look forward to a great evening of networking and connecting with friends, and colleagues from across the flood and water sector.

We have over 60 knowledgeable exhibitors at the event, each offering equipment, skills, and expertise essential to helping us build more resilient aquatic landscapes.
Drop-In Sessions
Between 11.00 and 13.00 each day the ADA stand will be playing host to informative drop-in sessions to discuss two important projects being developed for better managing water in England’s lowland landscape:
- Fens 2100+
- Lowland Agricultural Peat Small Infrastructure Pilots (LAPSIP)
Free Health Checks
On Wednesday 5 July, the Lincolnshire Rural Support Network will be offering confidential health checks. Nurse Heather offers blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar tests and is happy to talk through any health issues or concerns.

We offer free entry for all visitors.
Please register now for your free entry ticket to ensure fast-track entry and avoid queues onsite. Please have your QR code ready to scan at the Entrance after you have parked.
You can also register on entry to the event inside the Exhibition Marquee.
Parking
We have ample parking on site. For route direction and further travel information please see our Travel page.
There is specific parking for our disabled visitors. Please show your Blue Parking badge to any of the parking attendants and they will direct you to the nearest space.
Food & Drink
A fantastic Lincolnshire inspired menu of hot and cold food and drink will be on sale in the Catering Court from Coningsby based Imp & Maker who source the finest products from the best makers in Britain and beyond.
No alcohol may be brought or consumed on the event site.
Accessibility
As an outdoor event on grass fields, please come prepared with the right footwear etc. for the weather.
We advise disabled visitors or visitors requiring assistance to contact us in advance so that the necessary provisions can be made.
Courtesy Transport
With lots of live demonstrations to see along the watercourse and raised embankment areas a tractor and trailer will be making regular journeys through the site to allow you to take the weight off your feet.
